Saraquael Remiel here: Saraquael is God's poet, so you'd think he'd be all over the idea of writing his own introduction, but as it turned out, he was "busy."
To be fair, he's very busy. In addition to being one of the Archangels of the Presence, Saraquael is (along with Zadkiel) one of Michael's 'standard bearers. So he functions as Michael's lieutenant for the most part. Gabriel likes to say that Saraquael is the most efficient angel in the entire host, and all Michael would have to say is "Gee, I lost my favorite safety pin somewhere on Earth last month," and within an hour Saraquael would bring it back to Michael in a Ziploc baggie and then ask him if he had any other work to do.
Saraquael is the kind of angel who, if Michael weren't around, would easily be able to be in command of the angelic forces, but he doesn't agitate to take command. If offered, he would turn it down. He much prefers working behind the scenes.
Saraquael is a Dominion, and his wings are a whitish-teal. I think he's really handsome, to tell you the truth, and I'm not sure if he realizes it. He's got a terrific sense of humor. He's also my closest friend, and he's the one I run to when I'm in trouble.
